When I told our Chris I wanted a professional office building that looked like it had been crafted entirely out of oak planks, cobblestone, and questionable zoning decisions, he didn’t even flinch.

He simply asked, “Are we working in survival mode or creative mode?” That’s when I knew we had hired the right team.

The final build is everything I hoped for. The blocky roofline is immaculate. The stone sections are sturdy. The wood-textured exterior gives the whole building a warm, handcrafted feel, assuming your definition of “handcrafted” includes punching trees until lumber appears.

I was especially impressed by how well CR Structural integrated modern safety requirements into the design. The windows are actual glass, not breakable panes. The stairs meet code. The torches were wisely replaced with electric fixtures after what I’m told was “a very necessary conversation with the fire marshal.”

The building fits beautifully into the business park while still making every neighboring office look like it forgot to download a texture pack.

My only complaint is that they refused to include a lava feature in the lobby, again due to “liability,” “employee safety,” and “this is a commercial property, sir.”

Overall, incredible work. Would highly recommend this structural engineer to anyone building an office, a base, a fortress, or a place to hide from creepers during quarterly planning.

I hired CR Structural to help bring my dream office space to life: part professional business park, part medieval campaign setting, part “what if zoning laws had charisma?”

And honestly? They nailed it.

Most engineers would have panicked when I said, “I need a functional commercial building with a turret, multiple stone towers, a giant d20 over the entrance, and a load-bearing dragon on the roof.” Not this one. They simply asked, “Is the dragon decorative, HVAC-adjacent, or intended for defense?” That’s when I knew I was in good hands.

The final structure is incredibly solid. The tower doesn’t sway. The battlements are OSHA-questionable but emotionally necessary. The banners survived three windstorms. The dragon has not fallen onto a Subaru even once.

They also did a fantastic job making sure the building blends into the surrounding business park while still saying, “Quarterly reports are due by Friday, but first, roll for initiative.”

My only complaint is that they strongly discouraged the lava moat, citing “insurance” and “basic human safety.” Fair.

Would absolutely recommend to any business owner looking to construct a fantasy tavern, guild hall, cursed corporate headquarters, or mixed-use commercial dungeon. Huzzah.

“Expertly engineered a one-of-a-kind commercial building that blends playful design with real-world structural integrity.”
